It has absolutely perfect and excellent location in a quiet area with free parking

The staff were wonderfully friendly and kept the place reasonably clean. the location was comfy and ideal, in the neighborhood for business. It was also near France, the restaurant in the evening, and the Sainte Victoire.

Shopping area, comfy location, right by a ratty golf course as well as Rousset & Fuveau. Excellent and helpful staff throughout our stay. Modern room with good services and a large bathroom.

My room was really nice, had everything I needed, and was pretty spacious, especially the bathroom. the breakfast selection was awesome, they had so many good choices to pick from! 🥐

Situation geographique - visite de famille

On arrival we were given a room which apparently had already been given to another couple - reason given " computer error"...!!! The key card sytem: We have regularly complained to Mona Lisa, the previous owners about the reliability of this system - to no avail. Best Western have maintained it - a pity. We were in a room at the very end of the hotel (a long walk), we arrived back at the hotel at 0100hrs in the morning only for the key card to fail, so another long walk back to reception & yet another long walk back to the room with the receptionist who had updated the key card but preferred to ensure that we were ok (a very good point for the lady). These incidents should not occur in a hotel like this

Rooms were large and comfortable. The young women checking us in were nice.

Landscaping and exterior area was all dry and dead; no care was given to the exterior. Restaurant service was poor. The name of the hotel was confusing. Booked.net had it as Best Western Aix, but the name on the hotel said Mona Lisa. We drove all over looking for it before discovering this fact. Frustrating.

The location was beautiful and conveniently close to the restaurant, offering stunning views of the famous mountain in the evening.

Good quiet location. Lots of parking space. Room space was very good. For business people dealing with businesses in the area I think it is a great location.

There was a lack of information available about hotel services. Some mornings in the breakfast room were difficult due to lack of coffee and the hot food served was not hot. For tourists the location of the hotel is a little remote.

Sauna was out of order, swimming pool was locked, there was water, but II was told 'it is not treated'

Difficult to find but excellent meal in evening and great swimming pool. Instrutions for GPS needs to be Quartier Chateau l'Arc, Fuveau. That's where hotel is NOT Aiz-En-Provence. We got lost and spent ove half an hour and manu kms before we entered correct address into GPS and found the hotel

+ swimming pool, gym, table tennis, + good bed (long enough and tough), + free wifi, + easy parking

Location of hotel makes is solely business place, situated near "industrial zone" in between two roads.

This place is amazing and super clean, with friendly staff and awesome views of the famous mountain. the room is spacious with a bed that feels like sleeping on a cloud. the service here is top-notch, making you feel truly pampered. 😊

It was convenient for the places we needed to go

Not an ideal location if u want to get out for a walk definitely need a car. Some of the staff were not helpful.
